I am an artist creating surface-based work integrated into commercial and residential environments.
My work is inspired by the evolving visual language of the city-particularly areas where posters, advertisements, and billboards are layered, torn, and transformed over time. I am drawn to the textures, imperfections, and accidental compositions created through this process.
Repurposed materials have long been an important part of my practice, allowing previous histories and surfaces to remain visible within the work. Texture, layering, and material depth continue to play a central role in my approach.
With a background in sculpture, I approach each piece as a constructed object rather than a flat image. Dimension, relief, and physical surface are essential elements, creating works that explore memory, transformation, and the changing character of urban environments.
I have work throughout the U.S. , Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico within the hospitality industry, universities, and hospitals as well as with individual collectors.
